Biography

Having lived in Russia, Israel, Netherlands (and travelled to far many other countries), and currently living in Canada, my portfolio represents the past 3 years of my life, when I have started photography. Since I picked up the camera, it became an ingrained part of my life.





I am drawn to urban scenes and linear shapes, however I do an extensitve amount of other kinds of photography as well - from promotional, to still life, to journalistic.

Awards

  • Daily deviation for "all things good" on March 3rd, 2005. 2 other daily deviations for a black and white abstract photograph (abstraction in light), and a digital composition (nature in form of man - update). Have been featured for deviousness on deviantART in February 2002. Feature of the week in The Varsity (largest student newspaper in Canada) for "Blending the old and the new", a selection of architectural photographs.

Education

  • Working on aComputer Science major, and a Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence specialist at University of Toronto. I have also done an exchange semester in University of Maastricht, and currently am in Sydney, Australia for a semester (until June 2006).
