.......................................//series.

i'm serious about this. i'm not bullshitting. this is a series i'm proud of, and something that i feel broke a new limit within me as an artist. please critise and review with this in mind - this isn't supposed to be pretty.

if i were you i'd wait till the i post the last one to comment on the series. just view and take it in for now.

The angle of the shot is really great especially for the second.
In the first one I like the symmetry between the curves, I don't know if you want/search them but that's really good!

An interesting series (I have seen all eight as I comment now).

I think this was the strongest. The third was also excellent. The second was very blurry... and the last was less interesting.

I like this one most, however, for it's bold, clear nature. Especially the shot on the bottom, insomuch as it does wonderful things with perspective. However, choosing to mount these two-on-a-page was an excellent idea, as the bottom image on it's own would be somewhat drab, and the contrast and curves of it's pair here truly suits.

Again, an interesting series. Minimalistic. Perhaps too many shots featuring the light in the garage... Two would have been enough, IMO. Nice balance to them all. Nice perspective in all.

The light was also best in this pair.

Here's my $0.02

Olya, very nice work here :) (Smile) The study of geometries is quite fascinating to me as well :) (Smile) Images like this one are more about shapes, textures, and light moreso than subject.

I really like the top half of the image moreso than the bottom. The top part has more depth. The only minor improvement from a technical aspect i see on that part would have been to rotate the camera slightly counter clockwise to remove the partial diagonal line on the bottom of the frame. That's only a very minor item though...

Keep up the great work :) (Smile)
